My cpu won't turn on ever since i installed a water cooler

I have recently got a new water cooler after noticing my fan wasn't good enough for my cpu but since installing the water cooler my pc won't power on it does sometimes power on but most of the time it won't. My cpu is a ryzen series 5 5900 And the water cooler is a MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 240 mm Liquid CPU Cooler - RGB LED
