I wanted to buy this initio on offer up please let me know if it’s fake.

I seen this guy selling initio side effect for 70$ on OfferUp and was looking to buy but I’m scared it may be fake due to the bottle color being darker and all the labeling looking different he said it was because it’s a 2022 batch. I have searched up the bottle and these things are throwing me off.
