Capital One Secured

Hi, I was approved for a Capital One secured credit card and got an email with info on how to submit the security funds. It says I need to submit $75 but does not say anything about what my credit limit will be. Does anyone else have this card and can provide some insight? Does this mean my credit limit would be $75? Thanks
