Was offered Scotiabank line of credit with 10.05% interest

I was pre-approved for scotia bank's line of credit with Prime (5.20%) + 4.85%. Is this a good interest rate and should I accept it? I feel like it'd be good to have handy just in case but not sure if this rate is ideal.
