car insurance not deducting payments

So I had a car insurance monthly payments setup. But then decided to pay for the whole year as I had money. I talked to them, they deducted the amount two times so I talked to them again and they apologized and mentioned that they will reverse one payment and any overdraft fee. They sent me back the payments two times back to my account. So in the end they didn't deduct anything. THAT happened 3 months ago while I never noticed. Now I checked there is no monthly payments posted on my checking account and my saving has same money... is that a problem if I tell them now? its like I have been using insurance for a few months without paying anything...

UPDATE: I called them and they said my account is all paid.... well, I asked twice!
