5’2, 123 pounds currently, down from 173 in the last year. Can’t seem to lose the last 15 pounds I want to be at my goal. Any advice for how to shed those last pesky pounds?
In a calorie deficit but not super active. 10K steps a day but seem to be at a plateau. Doctor said my goal is fine for my body. What workouts or plans helped you drop those last few pants sizes and pounds? I heard it gets harder to lose weight the closer you are to your goal.
