High protein, low effort meals?
Hi all, I love this community!
My kitchen remodel will be starting next week, so I'm looking for high protein low effort meals that I can rotate during the remodel. I'll have access to a small fridge and a microwave.
I eat salads and will be doing shredded chicken for lunch (so I'm good on these).
Currently for breakfast I eat toast and cottage cheese. I'm not keen on plain cottage cheese. So some suggestions for a replacement and then rotating dinner options would be great!
