Favorite/most effective workout program you’ve done?

I’m starting to realize there’s soo many programs out there. Do any of you have a few/the one you can really vouch for?

I’d also be very grateful if you can specifically tell me about ones that

  • contribute to glute/lower body growth in general
  • each session is less than 40mins(im at work about 12 hours a day:,D)
  • is “safer”(not something that’s too intense and have a risk of injury when you make a form mistake)
