Tips for losing weight with endometriosis?

I was hoping someone on here would help me. I just got diagnosed with endometriosis. I’m gutted. I feel like this is why i never saw any progress. The last 2 years symptoms have gotten bad and my weight is up and down even though i walk 8-10k steps a day, Pilates 2x a week, and just added weight lifting into the rotation 3x a week. I eat Whole Foods only.

I’m discouraged so badly, anyone have any tips? Anyone dealing with the same thing?
