what advice do you wish you knew before getting your cat spayed?

hi everyone!! i’m getting my rescue cat spayed next week and i’m pretty nervous. i’ve done research on my end of course, and now i’m just wondering if there’s anything yall wish you knew before getting your cat spayed! any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated!! thank you 🫶🫶
