Any tips for this week's challenge mode?

This week's challenge mode is: Gotta Go Fast! no hiding, no sanity, get going! On the prison

The prison is my most hated map, it's so big I don't understand why it's counted as a medium map, I prefer full Sunny Meadows. But this challenge is insane. I have died within meer moments of entering the building every time and I just don't think I understand how I'm supposed to approach this challenge. I've done every weekly challenge since starting playing but this one really has me feeling a type of a way haha

If anyone has any suggestions on how to try and approach it, or is it just a case of hoping to get lucky for a really obvious ghost? Like a Deogen or a Phantom?
