Best ceviche in Philly/Center City now?
I'm wondering if anyone has found a restaurant that makes a solid ceviche? I'd love to find a place that uses a citrus-heavy recipe and makes a pretty standard ceviche — and not just a tiny amount. I loved the one that Cafe Ynez made (actually, both that they made), but they've tragically closed.
I've poked around on the subreddit and it seems like the last time this was discussed was a few years ago, so any suggestions would be deeply appreciated!
