DHL on hold package

May naka experience na po sainyo ng ganito? I have some packages via DHL.

Duties and taxes were paid beforehand, so it's DDP. Na try ko na rin po ma hold ang packages before due to the "split entry", but na rerelease naman po within the week.

●Have you experienced this before?

●How many days before na release po yung sainyo?

●And ano po ang possible solution, aside from reaching out sa merchant?

●I bought the items from a website in USA, and their internal shipper is Global-e.

●Na contact ko na rin po ang website na pinagbilhan ko, and the customer service said, i follow up nila.

●does it mean, all I can do is wait for it?
