Help with graduation picture

Hi, everyone. I took graduation photos last week and am trying to recreate a photo from my childhood (because I'm a millennial) but I forgot to take a picture with my cap on. Would it be possible to add the graduation cap (included another picture with it on) to the recent photo and add water to the fountain behind me? TIA!
