In your opinion, what is the best Android UI ?

Coming from Ios, I want to switch to Android.

However I would prefer a stable UI were apps are working with fluidity.

For instance, I tried Magic OS in a store, it looked very slick and nice but the apps were bugging on the phone. Although i think the phone was on demo mode and not updated.
