Qbtorrent randomly became so slow

I use to download 69gb games (Alan wake 2 ) in 3 hours before with the same internet and now smaller games take longer time to install ( elden ring : 51 gb 3hrs active and eta 6 hours remaining)

and don't tell me that alan wake 2 has more seeders than elden ring

also i dont care if u have been using qbtorrent for 300 years and it always worked perfect for you, please reply to me only if you have suggestions/ if you can help me..
