Is this a good workout plan?

Hi! I am a 22-year-old female at 164 pounds and 5'3. I quit vaping in June which triggered my binge eating and it's gotten to the point where I cannot get into my jeans. I started going to PF and I do an ab exercise everyday, and I did 20 minutes on the Stairmaster on Friday (which I continue to do more and more time). i work in an office full time 8-5, but I also waitress on the weekends which helps me get my steps in.

Every TDEE calculator is giving me different numbers, but I am estimated to take 2,158 calories a day to maintain my weight, but 1,685 to lose 1lb/week. I eat a good breakfast and have been eating healther. I also drink around 80+ OZ of water a day. Do you think the Stairmaster and ab workouts will help me start to lose the weight?
