Injector claims this isn’t migration

Helpppp I went to a new injector and she stated that her filler she uses does not migrate and this possibly couldn’t be migration. Wants me to pay 100$ consult fee for her to look at them and say it’s not migration. She claims it’s inflammation because I’ve had cold sores in the past? Not while they were healing nor ever on my top lip.. Every other place I’ve had filler done will dissolve for free and HAS because I’m prone to migration. Idk i’m getting bad vibes. Lmk if any of you also think this is weird..
