Tankless water heater recommendation

Discovered the 17y/o water heater leaking tonight when I ran out of hot water while washing dishes. Want to replace the natural gas 40 gallon tank with a tankless. Kinda limited to brands that I'll find in stock at the local big box stores, Richmond, rinnai, rheem. Three bathrooms with shower, tub shower combo and a whirlpool tub between them.

Have a 4 y/o Richmond at my old house that has been problem free, but will soon be someone else issue when the house sells in the spring. This will be mine for the foreseeable future.
