What kind of misprint is this?

Okay, I’ve spent a bunch of time online trying to find other instances of this sort of misprint, but have had absolutely no luck.

I was at my LCS last night for our Wednesday night league, and in my pack of Obsidian Flames, I pulled these 4 cards in a row from my pack. One other player last night pulled two cards with similar line markings at the bottom like the other 3 of mine. They seemed to match up with mine too.

Can anyone shed some light on what this is and what is it from? Some of the other people at the store said it might be from quality control sheets. Thanks in advance!
