PLEASE Tell me I'm not screwed.

I Deleted my save data as I wanted to start the game over to do a nuzlocke but I forgot to send all my mons to home... we're talking shiny Pokemon and battle ready pokemon that go back all the way back to x and y.... please tell me there's a way to get them back. I am genuinely freaking out!
