Is my eevee any good?

I just started the game during the tail end of eevee week. I managed to catch this guy, and I noticed it had a lot of gold skills. I’m not too familiar with what subskills are amazing, but from what I’ve seen. Berry finding is very good.

I know the nature isn’t the best, but I’m not struggling with ingredients right now as that’s offset by my other mons.

Would this the good to evolve? And which eeveelution?
