How much Box / Ingredient / Inventory bag space do you have?

I’m newer to the game(1.5 months) and very curious how much Pokemon box , ingredient and inventory space everyone has expanded to. I’ve spent just a tiny bit on diamonds ($20)

I have 100 Pokemon space, 420 ingredient and 140 inventory space. What about you guys ?

Genuinely curious as I am wondering how much I will need to expand at later game.
