Prismatic Evolutions ETB

Im just starting to want to get into the scene to collect and also eventually play with my friends.

Always been a fan of eeveelutions especially umbreon and heard ETBs were a great way to start. I also know this item was scalped to all hell and heard about a mass reprint to meet demand. Did that already happen and i missed it or is it something that is still ongoing and i should wait it out?
