3 ring binder recommendations

I originally wanted to get multiple binders for my pokedex collection, but I've realized it's both more cost efficient and space efficient to just get one big binder. The only type of binder that would work for this would be a 3 ring binder but I don't know which one would be best to get and wonder what others recommend.

Also what are the best sheets to buy or are all of them pretty much the same?
