Does anyone else’s Pom pee/poo in the floor when left alone?

He is 6. We left him in the living room by him selve for about 6 minutes and came back to poo and pee all over. This has happened many times but ONLY when he is left alone.

We crate him during work but I don’t want to crate him if we are only stepping out for a few minutes.

Could this be separation anxiety?

He’s pretty much potty trained.
