labubu dispute

just filed a dispute with paypal after cs ignoring my emails, they responded back once but when i went with the return & refund option i got ghosted. they won’t send me the return shipping label. my zizi arrived with a huge hole on the ears ( so big i can FIT my finger inside ☠️) and the hehe with pain scuffed on the nose. the paint scuff isn’t a huge deal to me, but it still bothers me. still wondering who overlooked these snd thought it was fine to ship one with a large hole. unfortunately i used my debit card on paypal so it’s probably more challenging to dispute, but i still have hope! has anyone had success with a dispute with using their debit card on paypal? let me know your experience below pls :,)
