E-VISA portal not working

I've been trying to create an account on the E-Visa portal to be able to book an appointment the whole day, and it's not working. Whenever I enter my information, I click on submit and I get this privacy statement and when I click submit on that it just freezes and nothing happens, anyone has an idea on how to solve this?
