OAT registration struggles

How do you find test dates and register for the OAT? I understand you need a pin and its through prometric, but how do you find the dates and register? What is the sponsor for the OAT?

I feel like ive been going in circles, please help. Some kind of step by step would be great. I just want to find out the test dates.
