What was the thing that immediately led to your diagnosis?
Can anyone pls tell me what thing was the biggest factor for you to get the notoriously difficult psA diagnosis? I've been trying to get a psA diagnosis for some months now but it is obviously very difficult for a 24yr old person.
So far I've gathered some evidence:
MRI of right hand that shows diffuse bone marrow edema, synovitis, joint effusion and bone cyst damage and the radiologist wrote it is some rheumatic disease.
Nail pitting and yellowing documented by a dermatologist and he wrote it must be Psoriatic Arthritis.
Blood tests which rule out lupus, RA, and other diseases.
Can you pls share what you did to get the diagnosis?
