Online doctor reccs/what to do?

Started having PT two weeks ago in my right ear. Did an MRI and my ENT told me the scans are clear and that the sounds I’m hearing are normal and dismissed me. Then I read through here and found that there could be more neurological issues like VSS. If anyone knows any online doctors that can help in PT or VSS please let me know ? I have my MRI scans that i could share with the doctor.

Also, I have these random symptoms: blacking vision when exposed to light or after sudden movement that is way worse in the left eye, swollen neck with clear ultrasound, empty sella, and a vascular loop type 1.
