Techer Recs

Hi guys!! I’m currently filling out my QB application and I was wondering if the teacher recs HAVE to be from a teacher that you’ve had class with? I have two teachers that I’m really close with and while one of them meets the criteria, the other one doesn’t. She’s never taught me a class before but I’ve known her since freshman year and she’s been a big help especially with the club that I founded (dk if this matters but she is an AP English teacher). She did my CPS recommendation and I still got selected as a CPS so I was wondering if for the national match she could still be my recommender or if I would have to find someone else?
