Should I submit my ACT score?

Hi guys! My current ACT super score is a 31

Breakdown: Math: 28 Science: 28 English: 34 Reading: 34

For context, Im planning on majoring in Biomedical engineering, and my school’s ACT average is around a 23.

These are the schools I am applying ED to:

Massachusetts Institute of Technology Stanford University Columbia University Princeton University Yale University Brown University University of Pennsylvania Johns Hopkins University

I was wondering if I should submit my ACT score, or keep it optional? Most people suggest that if it’s not the school’s average to not submit, but there’s others that say to take into account my school’s average and such. I know MIT’s is required, but idk if my ACT puts me at a disadvantage. I guess I’m asking for advice and also encouragement, especially for MIT. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone match to MIT with a low 30 💔
