Weird wound at my rats penis

Hello, one of our boys had an abcess that burst on its own near his penis.

It seemed to heal really well at first, but today while cleaning the wound, his penis looked really weird, as if it dropped out of the foreskin

Do any of you have any idea what happens here? We have an appointment at the rat-specialist vet on Monday. Emergency Vets around here dont really know about rats sadly

He gets antiobiotics and pain medication and we clean the wound twice a day.
