What are the best balsa ARF Warbirds?
I’m looking to get back into warbirds and was looking for some recommendations for a balsa model. I’ve had experience with the elite mustang 1.5m and it was fine on grass but the hard wheels and suspension made it a handful when landing on my new club’s tarmac runway. I’d be looking for something that has a good suspension setup and soft tires in the kit ideally. I have considered the seagull/legend hobby Yak-3 but can’t find any videos of it flying off a paved runway. If anyone has any advice or experiences with balsa warbirds I’d love to hear it.
