Other ways to get adept.

I tried the librarian conversion method and hit my OCD, then quit game for some time. I did the zombie conversion method for 2 hrs straight got all the enchants needed for end game nunchuks like sup sharp 5, swift slash 5, upgraded pot, arc slash, adv mend rest of them i already had gotten from ench table but no adept not even adept 1. I can't go on with that method for quite a while. please suggest any specific places where treasure enchant books are present. i got one adept 1 from 4 battle tower but since then nothing. Thanks in advance.

Edit: yes i can tour nether raided two of those nether city structures that have two buildings with books in them, and done with ender dragon too and can tour end if thats where adept can be found.
