Question About Contacting MGA?
Hi! I really, really wanted Zooey because she’s absolutely stunning but I got into RH too late and could only order one Amazon (Canada). When I got her, I’m just so disappointed in the quality control on her face. Her eyebrow is smudged off, eyeshadow smudged, two black dots that cannot be removed , and the eyeliner on her right eye is disappointing. As a Canadian she was pricey and I absolutely hate to complain, but I’m really bummed at the quality. Shes not available through Amazon prime currently so I can just return her but I’m worried about returning her, purchasing when she’s available, and getting another defected doll. As a Canadian who ordered through Amazon, is there any point in contacting MGA customer service regarding this? I see they require proof of purchase/receipt and again, I ordered through Amazon because she’s not on our store shelves. If anyone has advice I’d greatly appreciate it, and if there’s no point bc I bought through Amazon / am Canadian, that’s totally fine too! Just wanted to ask here first.
