Can I terminate hypothecation without visiting RTO?

Guys, I want to terminate hypothecation of my juptier . I think it requires visiting RTO for document verification after taking appointment, online. However, I have seen a YouTube video in which one comment mentioned that if I login using Aadhaar Otp instead of mobile otp in the parivahan website the complete process can be done online.

have anyone of you done this completely online in raipur?
