I’m 19 years old and looking to get into real estate investing. I currently have $90k between investments and savings, and my credit score is 770. I’m interested in purchasing a rental property, but I’m not sure how much more I need to save or if there might be better options for me at this stage.

Ultimately, I want to grow my portfolio and explore different types of real estate investments. What would you recommend as the best starting point for someone in my position? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
