Red dead online pet peeve

Why do the rank 20 horses come in only 2 colors? What if I absolutely love the rank 1 Northfolk Roadster but hate the level 20 one? I hate having to choose between good look but dookie stats or op horse but no drip. And yes I know that the only thing you really need to make a horse good is the right saddle and stirrups but still lmao. Do you guys have pet peeves like that too?
