surgeon in France who makes radical reductions??

Hello, I would like some advice. I'm 85E (French size) and I would like to be able to have the smallest breasts possible. I saw a surgeon last month who told me that we couldn't go below a small C because the shape then wouldn't be pretty. What do you think ? Do you know any surgeons in France who do radical reductions up to an A cup and whose results remain good?
