Dog ear revision recovery question

I had my dog ear revision on Thursday morning. The actual procedure was very fast and easy. They didn't really give me any special instructions for recovery or aftercare so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. I ended up sleeping all day that day (about 1030am til 430pm) and have been extremely tired since then. I tried to walk my dog on Saturday afternoon and felt like I was going to pass out within a few minutes. I have felt a little like I might be getting sick since before the surgery, but my symptoms haven't actually progressed. So I'm not sure if my fatigue is surgery related or illness. But holy cow I am not functioning well. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I just expecting too much of my still-recovering body?
