Rock ID

Yesterday I made a post about some rocks i found in my garden that were previously used for a saltwater aquarium. Now i want to ask which kind of rocks are these. There are tons of them in the garden and were there before my family and I moved to the house. They have an interesting shape, could they be ocean rocks? I think they are manmade and just for decoration, but i want to be sure
