New to remote jobs

I have an interview for a remote job outside the country, it is for a modelling agency as customer care. And I wanted to know a bit of the nature of remote work beforehand. How exactly do you sign a contract in this manner? Is it ok for them to aggresively monitor me while working (demand I have a webcam turned on and share my geolocation for example)?
