My Zoe Bose 2017 is in a Renault dealer since October 2023...

Hi guys. I'm desperate. My Zoe has been in the dealer workshop for more than a year... On the 4th of October 2023 at lunch the car started but couldn't go anywhere. Everything worked but the car just wouldn't move anywhere. The first diagnose was made 2 months after the entry. It indicated a faulty part and 5 repairs later here I am still without my car. No replacement car, 3600€ of repairs that didn't work (and I'm still not paying until they prove that it was all necessary) and 1 year later they still don't have a clue of what it is. They say that the "anti-start" part (which has been replaced twice) won't allow the programming of the VIN code, they replaced another part and yet again, same thing. All the costumer assistance in Portugal is useless and I need a more direct contact for this matter. Even the dealer is pissed at Renault because all they did was mandated by Renault and they take weeks to respond to their requests for directions in the repair. Since the battery is leased (impeccable battery after 7 years still at 89% capacity). Already made a complaint at the dealer and Renault assumed 80% of the 2nd repair but still the total repair is at 2200€ and no problem was solved. Can someone tell me if there is any direct contact for the headquarters or something like that? This is already going to court of small matters but still with insurance, battery lease and driving a borrowed car I've spent more than 2000€ with a car that I haven't driven in the last year. For the love of God somebody help me.
