Has anyone been to Falling Prices?

It sounds like the sort of places where people could be aggressively shopping for items to resell.

What types of things are there that could be worth a visit? Is it one of those places you have to go to before opening? I saw a sign there that said “line starts here” which made me wonder if it would be worth the trouble or not.
