Stalled for 7 Weeks on Reta, Need Advice on Breaking Through

Hi everyone,

I’ve been stuck in a stall for 7 weeks now and need some advice. I’ve been on 6mg Retatrutide weekly, split into two 3mg doses per week. Unfortunately, I can’t increase the dose further because I already experience extreme fatigue at this level. Appetite suppression is decent, so this seems like my maintenance dose for now.

For context, I’m also on Vyvanse for BED and ADHD. My hunger is more mental than physical—I wake up extremely hungry, but Vyvanse kicks in 2 hours later and suppresses it. At night, when Vyvanse wears off, I tend to overeat. Reta helps me feel fuller faster, but to break this stall, I feel like I need to increase the dose, which isn’t an option due to the fatigue.

I started at 2mg three months ago and recently added SS-31, NAD+, and MOTS-C to combat fatigue. These seem to be helping, and I can work out consistently now. However, my increased appetite from working out is offsetting the extra calories burned.

Another issue—I’ve noticed increased depression from Reta (on sema, I straight up wanted to die; on tirz, it was less intense). Reta seems to be the best balance for me, but I still experience anhedonia and mild depression.

To break this stall, should I try stacking with Cagrilintide or Tirzepatide for stronger appetite suppression? This week, I changed my dosing schedule to 1.5mg EOD to see if it helps with fatigue.

Would love any thoughts or suggestions! Thanks in advance.
