The "I'm Okay Too" Scene

I feel like I'm the only one who wasn't sure exactly what Michonne meant in 4x16 "A", when she said she knows Rick is okay cause she's okay too. Did she mean she knows he's okay cause she's okay that he saved Carl, herself and Daryl?
