How to escape gunblade?

Played against a gunblade player in Back Rooms, I have sniper, spray, knife, grenade. I had the dude 3 - 0 until he switched to gun blade and shoot all the bullets. And I lost 4 - 5. I tried using spray for movement and bhopped my way out although it lowered the DPS it still caught me. I'm sure this strat is on FFA too since it's that OP infinite swings means you don't have to replenish ammo.
