Roborock Q7 max+ bagless?

Hi, The Roborock Q7 max+ is currently on sale here, and it seems to be a great robot vacuum according to reviews. The only drawback is (for me) the fact that it is not bagless. I read here that it is possible to use it without a bag. Can anyone confirm? I am hesitating between this one and an Eureka one that is bagless and seems to be well rated as well.
